Abstract

Octonary – A QX Automation Approach is a project started to bridge quality assurance and customer experience. Birth of our own quality experience. A human-centred quality assurance approach is driven by automation and powered by AI. Octonary approach helped us to move beyond traditional automation strategy and fully embrace automation-centricity by expanding the testing scale to 8 different categories, which focus on dev coverage using AI-based (Custom build) unit, SonarQube, BDD enabled and automated system testing, BDD enabled and AI-Powered automated e2e testing, synthetic monitoring enabled sanity checks, JMeter powered performance testing, Applitools powered visual testing & AI-powered autonomous testing for SEO, Security & app accessibility. Thus, ensuring QX (Quality experience), a sum of Quality Assurance ensured customer experience.
