Abstract

The real power of testing lies in Creativity. But what is it? How can you judge if something is creative or not? Are you born as a creative person, or you can treat it as a skill? If the lather is the case, how to work on enhancing your creative you?
I this talk, I will try to tackle these questions. We will explore how to embrace it in your projects and be more creative Tester!
This talk is based on my 10-year experience in different roles in IT: tester, consultant, pre-sales engineer, business analyst, scrum master and Agile Coach.

Adam has spent his whole professional life in the IT in different roles – tester, consultant, pre-sales engineer, business analyst, scrum master and Agile Coach. Now he works as a full-time Project Leader at Demant. Outside the office, passionately shares his experience with the community by giving talks and organizing workshops on software testing, Leadership and Agile processes. His last project is his original workshop “Creative Testing Masterclass” where he teaches a creative approach to testing, thinking outside the box and unconventional testing techniques.
