This talk is about how to find your QA superpower and how you can also achieve happiness in what you do through autonomy, mastery, and purpose. We will do this by talking about Daniel Pinks book ‘Drive’ and covering the three main themes of autonomy, mastery, and purpose and how they apply to happiness. Belinda will then share her QA superpower and how she has been able to apply autonomy, mastery, and purpose. We will also talk about what questions you should ask yourself to be able to find your own superpower and hopefully leave knowing what you love to do with some tips along the way that will help you format your days to love your job a little more.
